But only if you send us an unboxing video!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All we ask is that you drop us an email along with a photo &amp; unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.<\/p>\n<p>We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene precautions. However, we accept exchanges if you ship the products back to our studio in unused and unopened condition. In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and also for getting a new one in exchange.<\/p>\n<p>Our number one priority is for our customers to be absolutely 100% in LOVE with our bows!
